POLYNESIAN ELEVATOR MUSIC:

An 8.4% New England DIPA and our second foray into the curiosities of Phantasm, an extraction of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins. Combined with an experimental thiolized yeast strain, these ingredients help push the limits by unlocking new tropical flavors in modern IPA's. Brewed with Citra Incognito, Mosaic Cryo, and Citra Cryo, this beer reminds us of peach rings, dried pineapple, and the best Lo-fi deep cuts in your playlist.

CABIN BEER

We've been branching out a little, exploring some new styles and having a blast doing it. We're stoked to welcome our first ESB, CABIN BEER to our line up. Sometimes referred to as an English Pale Ale, this style showcases a delicate interplay between malt and hop balance. Sitting at 5.4% ABV, this medium-light bodied beer pours a shimmering copper hue, and has tasting notes of fresh biscuits, subtle herbal undertones, and escapes to your favorite hideaway in Maine.
